Health Department inspection is mandatory. No artist may begin tattooing until they have passed the inspection on Friday morning. Registration opens at 9:00 AM — arrive on time.
No license in your country? If your state or country does not issue a tattoo artist license, the Health Division will verify your standing directly with your local regulatory agency. Contact us in advance with documentation of your situation.
